Overland means you are headed to the 190s! Once you get 199 u made it out 200s and now hit overland. I know you can do it!

I thought that was Onederland? I don't go to the gym, I have a problem with my knees and I can only use the treadmill, which makes me feel like a hamster. I'm kind of jealous of people who can go there and burn tons of calories.

I love the treadmill, I will walk on it for 100min on a good day. On a avg 90mins.

U can burn a lot on it! My mother have bad knees also. She loves the treadmill.

oh maybe this would be good for me since thinking about losing 200lbs is kind of overwhelming lol 5 lbs at a time might be good! i'll weigh in in the morning and start my challenge.
