Yes I have been making it to the gym and plan on it again today. I have a sudden gain to deal with 179.8 YIKES!! I think it is my old friend mid-cycle water retention. I don't like it. Hopefully it is only around for a few days.

Default Happy 2013

Morning gals,

I'm back for the eleventy billionth time. So glad to see Mindy and Mavie still here. And you too emi!

Weighed in at 217.4 (seriously?) on 1/1/13 and realized I was not doing myself any favors ignoring what I put in my body any more.

Lottie... I am juicing right now too. It seems to be working for me so far. Down about 5lbs since my weigh in above. I am juicing all day (okay I sneak in a hand full of almonds throughout the day) with a small healthy dinner at night. I wish you luck! Don't give up.

I promise I won't post and disappear this time. Life has been all kinds of hectic but I realized that is all the more reason for me to check in here daily to stay focused.

Hope you all had a fabulous 2012... looking forward to kicking 2013 in the butt!

W: 64oz plus
E: Juicing breakfast and lunch - eat dinnerr
E: 30 Minutes of movement a day
D: This is going to happen by design, not by luck.

Welcome Curvy!

Mavie- What is the plank a day?

Mindy - here's to a downward move on the scale soon!

Hit my WEED yesterday. Down again this morning by 1.6lbs. This juicing thing seems to be working. Each night I have a decent dinner and still wake up down. I realize its only 5 days in, so water weight is leaving, but I'll take it. My bloating is gone and I have tons of energy!

WEED today is a repeat of yesterday. Gonna update the ole blog today too.

W: 64oz plus
E: Juicing breakfast and lunch - eat dinnerr
E: 30 Minutes of movement a day
D: Take 1 hour just for me today.

Have a great sunday ladies! Hope to see chubbie, emiloots, Lottie, and everyone else back here today!

Kris, plank is a month long challenge, increasing each day for the amount of time you hold it. I was trying to copy and paste for ya, but having trouble doing so. I will try to send it in a message. Are you on Facebook, I can send it to ya there.

Evening girls!

Hope you all made it though the day with a little left for yourselves.

Curly... kettleballs intrigue me. I am just sure I would launch one through a window or drop one on my toe. Are they a great workout?

Emi - glad your show was good! I have "See a Broadway Show" on my bucket list!

Mavie - Mtig - Lottie and Nurse M (yes I saw you posted here recently!)

Killed it on my WEED today, well except for water. I think I squeeked out 64..

Here's tomorrow:

W: 64oz plus
E: Day 2 Week 1 of Jillian Michaels 90 Day Body Revolution
E: Juicing breakfast and lunch - eat dinner
D: Willpower is a myth. Progress takes discipline. (Sticking with my D this whole week)

Glad to see everyone being so active and posting and everything. It had gotten a little lonely around here. Happy for the company.

After a few days at the gym, and getting past mid-cycle, I am back down a few pounds...178.4. I want to be under 175 so bad I can taste it. Gotta keep doing my thing.
