Cool

So funny "WEED" - memorable/clever!

Hey everyone! I'm new here (not to 3FC)- lost 70lbs in 2010, nothing in 2011, and after some life-changing events, moved from Germany (back) to California (after 12 years away) gained 50 back (down but not defeated!). So I'm redoubling my efforts; being active in the forum was always helpful.

I live with my active-senior dad, looking for work after my relocation, and I'll run a half-marathon in March.

Water is my only* drink, and I don't measure it because I'm very sure I get in more than 2 liters a day (I'm a thirsty 46 year old). *also 1 cup of morning coffee and the rare social drinking

W: 2 liters
E: enjoy my rest day
E: control portions at dinner
D: Eat because it's good, not because it's there.

Hey ladies, it's been a while but glad to see some familiar 'faces' Hi Mindy, Mavis and Michelle and to everyone else.

My name is Emily, I'm almost 33, work full time and have three kids, Connor (6), Desmond (4) and Darcy (18 months). Married to my husband, Dan for almost 8 years. Haven't weighed myself in a while so I'll step on the scale soon, not particularly excited to see what it has to say. Glad to see you're all still here!

Stepped on the scale this morning, 191.0; which is sadly the weight I was at 40 weeks pregnant with my middle child. Time to readjust the ticker. Hope everyone started off the new year with a bang!

MM- funny!!! I too am still losing baby weight, from 27 years ago.

Hubbie is going to start the new year by working overtime for the rest of the week. Looks like it is solo trips to the gym for me. Gotta get back there.
