jrkessle, it doesn't always happen. I lost 5.8 lbs this week but I think that most of it was water. Sometimes you'll lose 6 lbs in a week and yet you'll stand over the scale with a whip and shout more and other times you'll lose 2 lbs in a month and it'll make you want to cry tears of pride and joy.

I was actually down more last week and had gained & was a bit upset. But seeing that I am down for the month still makes me happier atleast.

222 this morning! Worked out this morning too, but had lunch with my mom and didn't have a chance to weigh-in post workout. Excited to weigh-in tomorrow, and planning a long workout to hopefully be in 220.5 post-workout! Goal is 219 by friday!
