Hey everyone! Just checking in to keep myself accountable! Yesterday was OP, I had a great workout and it motivated me to get up early today and knock my workout out before I started the day
I was 145.8 at the gym this morning, I thought I'd gain weight from my candy binge on Halloween, but hopefully I exercised enough to keep it at bay
.8 lbs away from my goal!
Today i'm going to be busy with lots of homework and projects so no time for overeating hopefully. I hope everyone has a good OP day..
