Back to School is a great time to make the grade with our weight loss goals. What do you want to get high marks on? Is there a habit that you want to break or develop? Or a new strategy you want to take on as an experiment? Or a number that you want to see on the scale?
Set your weight loss goal in a starting post and track it through the month. We compile all of our goals into a list -- when you meet your goal, it gets turned RED in celebration!
My first post - I am 260 as of 1 September and my goal is 249 for 30 September. I will be using alternate day fasting system as discussed on a recent TV show. I need to focus on the task of putting this in to practice and hope the forum will help to keep me accountable.
30/09 - 257 was thinking about not posting. Results are not great but then I can't be upset about the results when I have given in so easily to the food I know I should stay away from. The exercise was fun I passed my goals, nothing new there though... Bring it on for October.

According to my bodybugg, I should hit my first big goal of 20% lost by the end of September, if I keep a steady deficit. That will take me to 230lbs, 20% lost, (and lighter than my ex, as silly of a goal as that is)!
Start: 249 on 9/1
Goal: 230 by the end of September!
I know 19lbs is a little high, but I'm experiencing my monthly TOM woosh right now- I've lost 4 pounds in the last two days and expect a couple more to come off (after a few weeks of plateau- normal for me as of late).
