I'm leaving town for a few days so I won't be abe to post any exercise the last two days of the month. Since I need both days to meet my goal, I hope to do it, but won't be back home to post until the end of the week. Too bad the three days extra I did in Jume don't count in July. LOL

This week:

Monday= 15 min. yoga
Tuesday= 15 min yoga
Wed= 15 min yoga
Thur= 15 min yoga and 30 min. walk
Friday= 15 min yoga
Saturday= 15 min yoga and 30 min yoga workout
Sunday= 15 min yoga and 30 min walk

This equals 195 minutes for the week - and I've passed my goal! Yes! I ended up with a total of 645 minutes!

Congrats to Dottington, curvynotlumpy, gardnerjoy and Steph7409! and - you can do it Tabbycat!!

No days missed...I completed all of the Lower Body and Upper Body workouts from the WH 15 Minute Workouts book about a week before the month was over (+ a lot of my own) so that's great. On to next month...

It was really good that I knew I would post at the end of the month... It kept me moving even thougth this has been a busier and more stressful month than usual. Had a business and a personal trip, plus after-hours work activities.

I did try to push activities with the people I was with so we got in a bowling and dancing night, an aqua class, and lots of group walks. I am happy with the variation of activities (yay!).

Months total: 25 days (1,425 min)
