5 - Upper Body (WH Pushup Bra Workout) + Cathe's Intensity (step only) + Kim Fowler's OM Zone Yoga (Upper Body section only)
6 - moved Legs (WH I Need Some Lift...Workout) to 7/7/12 + Gaiam Fit Body Yoga (Lower Body section only) + Jessica Smith's 10lbs Down Cardio Mix (fun fun fun)
7 - Legs (WH I Need Some Lift...Workout) + Cathe's Gym Styles Legs (warm-up only) + 10 Min Solution Pilates (Buns and Thighs section only) + 10 Min Solution Yoga (Buns and Thighs section only)
