It appears to me that everyone has started the 5 pounds based on their current weight at the beginning of this challenge. But, I'm new to this entire forum so I'm not exactly sure.

And yes, the 5 pound challenges have been around longer than I have. You start with a new 5 pound goal every time someone starts a new thread. You don't carry over.

YAY!!! I've lost 6.8 pounds. I know it's water weight right now and will slow down very soon but I'm happy to see the scale go down.
