Weighed in this morning. Up one pound for the week but still down seven for the challenge. Started a new exercise Dvd so after TOM is gone I am hoping to see a drop.

I'm up .2 of a pound. But I had to come in today and get refocused. I haven't been doing anything but eating eating eating. I think I may get back on track now. I did exercise yesterday.

I'm not sure how close you guys are to reaching your 30 pound loss, but I would love to jump in. My first goal, which is 10% of my weight, is to lose 28 pounds. Of course, I can add a couple of pounds to that to make it 30!

I worked out yesterday. It was probably the first time in a very long time that I worked out on purpose. I did Jillian Michaels Cardio Kickboxing. I like it.....it is fun, but every time I had to do jumping jacks my stomach would flop around and kept smacking me. I really can't believe I let things get to this point! UGH!
