Weighed in this morning. Up one pound for the week but still down seven for the challenge. Started a new exercise Dvd so after TOM is gone I am hoping to see a drop.

As for me, tom is here to visit. Such a jerk.. Instead of doing what I used to do (moping around the house and wining about it) I just finished Turbo Fire and am off to buy some healthy food! yay

Hi everyone, today is weigh in day for me, and I am so happy!

So 1.5lbs this week!! WAHOO! I haven't seen 190 in 7 yrs Really looking forward to next week, and hopefully being in the 180's!

I'm not sure how close you guys are to reaching your 30 pound loss, but I would love to jump in. My first goal, which is 10% of my weight, is to lose 28 pounds. Of course, I can add a couple of pounds to that to make it 30!

I worked out yesterday. It was probably the first time in a very long time that I worked out on purpose. I did Jillian Michaels Cardio Kickboxing. I like it.....it is fun, but every time I had to do jumping jacks my stomach would flop around and kept smacking me. I really can't believe I let things get to this point! UGH!
