ok so im really that i didnt eat like an animal on weekend and stayed on plan n within calories n i got a 1 more lb down yay

I am in, I am going on a trip and need a kick start in the weight loss department. so glad I found this today!!
My start weight is 193 taken this morning.
Goal weight is 163 in 4 months.
