Didnt work out yesterday, had some chocolate, some chex mix and lost a pound. WTH??? I just dont get it. Thinking of doing something like joining WW online or Jillians online program. I need answers.

E OP, back to Somersizing/food combining. Less carbs seem to help me once I get the sugar out of my system

No working out with the girls after school...we have a staff meeting. Hubbie may work late tonight so I can work out at home while he works. Sounds like a plan. It is supposed to get nice around here this week...like the 50's. Sounds like some outdoor activities to me.

I also have 2 doctor appts. this week so that cuts into my workouts at school. Come on nice weather so I can get my butt outside. I really want to be back in the 170's before spring break.

mtiger-I was trying to net 1500 per day, so not always 1500 per se I wonder if there's a way to send some of the heat where I live to where you live...it's been in the 80s here lately!

mavis-have fun at dinner!

Had my auditions on Sat! Went well I kind of took a mini break Sat and Sun though. Like, not too crazy, but I just needed a break from everything mentally from all the stress. Today I'm back OP though!

Dottington, glad the auditions went well!! I would love 80's too. They are calling for a foot of snow here tomorrow and Thursday. On a good note, that would mean snowshoeing this weekend. That is a killer butt workout!

Mindy, you can get to the 170's before break!

Where's everyone else? Everybody hit goal and run off?

Thin, Emi, Barbie, Sophia, Dumplin, Jeni, Tiara, Michelle, Shari? New people that signed up and haven't been back to get to know us? Where is everybody??

Dott- they are calling for ice and snow tonight. Winter storm advisory. NICE!! 5 weeks till Myrtle Beach. YAY!

I am down a little today. Don't know why, I have done nothing different. Did WATP last night was all. It is nothing to get excited about because it is not a new low or anything. I am just re-visiting. It's that up, down thing.

Working out with the girls after work and eating on plan. We will see what happens.

Mindy, I wish I was going to Myrtle then, we'd meet up! We are not going until June, so won't be there then you are. I love Myrtle Beach.

Snow tonight and tomorrow, so I may work from home tomorrow, always a nice change when I do.

Dottington, I am not sure where they all are, but it does happen this way, people drift in and out. I was struggling with my motivation too for a while, easier not to try sometimes I think, but I feel so much better when I get it together!

I was doing so well this week. I had lost a few pounds and then BAM!! Overnight I gain 2 pounds. What gives??? And weigh-in is tomorrow. NICE!!

Help! This forum is SO big and I am lost. I am looking for a challenging group to help me with my goal. I am going to be turning 35 next month and my goal is to lose about 20lbs by the end of May. Am I close to the right spot?

jennie023! I think this is as good a place as any to help you stay on track and reach your goals! I know its helped me a ton so far

mtiger-it'll all be ok. It sucks when that happens but just know that if you keep with it the scale will move down eventually!

mavis-yeah I can understand that I think it also might just be kind of a lull time...like I bet as we get a little closer to summer more people will join in.

Shh. Hoping it sticks and I can head toward the 140's. I am sticking to plan. No matter what.
