kandd416: yay for an upswinging mood!
Congrats, loose_seal, on the scale movement!
Sending good thoughts your way for things to go the way you wish, chickadee32!
Greetings to all of you other wonderful people!
My third day in a row below 76.4 kgs. And it's way below since I chatted with my brother for two hours in his hot tub last night. There is not an ounce of water weight on my body this morning! 3 of 14 days in February.

Yay RoadtoFifty and loose_seal for those terrific losses!
My fourth day in a row below 76.4 kgs. I'm low enough now that even a small fluctuation up doesn't take me over my target. Yay!

RtF and gj -- congrats on your losses! It's a pita working this hard but def worth it when the scale (finally) cooperates.
Stay focused, stay focused, stay focused. I keep making personal mini-goals, in addition to the different challenges on here, and it really seems to help.
Next up? Mad Men challenge. Six weeks from tomorrow it finally FINALLY returns. I'm setting a goal to be down 8lbs. by then. Gotta look good for the Don!

Wow! Everyone is doing so well!!!!! I am so happy for each and every one of you!!!!
Not such great news on my end, but not crappy either: Scale is up 191.6.. BUT... considering virtually no workouts til yesterday, no time to breathe, and then getting sick this week and reaching for bad bad things - not as bad as I thought it would be. Now on to the good news though: did measurements for the first time since January 1st (thank you for suggestion RTF)... I lost an inch off waist, inch off hip, quarter inch off each upper arm and a half inch off each thigh!!!! Yay! I will take it!

ItsMyTurn: yay for a loss of inches -- that's a loss people can see!
My fifth day in a row below 76.4 kgs. My goal of 14 days below 76.4kgs in February is starting to look doable after all!

Wow, lots of people doing really well here! I was at 155 on Wednesday and was stoked, but then I bounced back up to 157. Today, I weighed in at 154.6 so I feel better about that. I've been keeping within my calories range and exercising for an hour every day, so I know I'll get results eventually.
loose seal, thanks for mentioning The Walking Dead. My DVR is set to tape it throughout eternity but I don't trust that thing.
roadtofifty, I hear ya on trying not to get upset about things I can't control. Sometimes the management at my office makes me crazy with all their useless, time-wasting procedures but I'm trying to convince myself it's easier to just do it than get annoyed about it.
Here's to a great week ahead!

gardener - That's awesome!!!!! I am so happy for you! EVERYTHING is possible!!!! Also, thank you for the encouragement
Steph - I am betting today's weight is the actual one - betting the bounce up was just muscles retaining the water for their health

wow, congrats everyone! it sounds like you are all definitely on track to reaching those goals! I started out February at 155 and haven't weighed in till this morning on my friends Weight Watchers scale and was 151.6. I NEVER lose weight that fast, and I think the scale might have been 2 lbs off or so, so hopefully tomorrow morning using the scale I always do at the gym I'll be around 153-154 Good luck with the rest of the month everyone!!

My little team over on Lose It won the weekly site-wide challenge for last week - woot! I would have preferred to have won the $300 million lottery but I'll take what I can get.

Sounds like a lot of people are doing great on their goal. Great job!
To update my stats:
SW: 185.6

So I am only 25% of the way to my February goal. Time to buckle down.
Hope everyone has a great & OP day.
