ok i'm in for February too
this month i hope to lose 8 pounds.

starting weight: 208

feb 1 - 207.6
feb 6 - 207.8 - pretty much no change. I was so worried i had gained weight so i am actually semi-happy with this.
feb 11 - 208
feb 20 - 207
feb 19 - 204

Happy February everyone!

My goal for Feb is to lose 8 lb. I weighed in at 174 this morning so this would take me to 166, and get me out of the "obese" range on the bmi.

been working hard this week excited to see the scale down and I checked this morning, in 5 days of exercising hard and eating very strict I gained 2 lbs. awesome...I hate when that happens! haha good luck everyone!

OK, the February goal list thus far is below! There are a lot of really great goals, and I'm looking forward to seeing this group succeed again this month. Please excuse my relative lack of chatter tonight - I've had a long day, and still have more to do before bed tonight. I promise to be back and chatty when I can.

Oh, and I am going to set a goal for the month for myself, but it's a really simple one - I just want to lose weight, any amount, this month. I will be fighting for big losses as hard as I always have been, but the scale just isn't cooperating with my body and the meds these days. If I am down at all from today's weight (152.6 lbs) on the morning of March 1, I will be counting that as a success.

Come on girls, we can do it!!! OP today, and am up to running for 20 min straight now (1.5 m) so feeling good about that. REALLY busy trying to catch up with everything, but still making a point to exercise, so feeling proud. Chickadee - sorry about your water weight...stalling is such a huge pain, and I can't imagine how frustrating it must be so close to your goal! Checking out your siggy, looks like you've been doing this for a year? 130 pounds in a year?!?!? That is freaking amazing Total inspiration!! Anyways, hope Feb brings the whoosh fairy to all.
