OK, the February goal list thus far is below! There are a lot of really great goals, and I'm looking forward to seeing this group succeed again this month.
Please excuse my relative lack of chatter tonight - I've had a long day, and still have more to do before bed tonight. I promise to be back and chatty when I can.
Oh, and I am going to set a goal for the month for myself, but it's a really simple one - I just want to lose weight, any amount, this month. I will be fighting for big losses as hard as I always have been, but the scale just isn't cooperating with my body and the meds these days. If I am down at all from today's weight (152.6 lbs) on the morning of March 1, I will be counting that as a success.
