Ugh, TOM just popped up for me. The woes of being a girl

I've stayed within my calorie range all week and am trying reeeally hard not to go over today or tomorrow.

What's your plan?

I haven't done too bad this week, but I can do way much better. I almost forgot about this challenge. I'm glad I signed up. I think I'll show a loss, but I want to do better this week so I'll for sure show a loss so I will reach my goal.

Ditto! Sheesh, my weight went up by 3 pounds today all due to water. Yuck. Thankfully I know it's just water and hopefully will be gone by my next weigh in.

Good luck on sticking to your calorie range!!!

I didn't have a chance to weigh-in this morning but I can tell TOM is going to show either today or tomorrow by how much I'm breaking out at the moment.

But otherwise, I've been pretty good. I do intuitive eating with little to no sugar or white flour. I've been doing well, although we did have a dinner party last night but even with that I didn't go crazy (even after making a cake with lots of leftovers!).

HealthyMeWannabe
and ParadiseFalls - hopefully we'll all see a nice whoosh after TOM is over!

TOM here too, still managed a 1.75lb loss, which i'm pretty happy about. Had a good on plan but realistic week foodwise, and did quite well on the exercise front. Onwards and upwards next week and hope for a whoosh!

RuningFromFat well done for not going crazy at the dinner party, they really are the hardest times to keep the willpower up!

Runningfromfat - Amen to that! I hope we all see a big woosh at the end of the week!

I just got done doing something I never EVER do. Dancing. I have no rhythm AT ALL but decided to branch out of my comfort zone and dance to rock music for a half hour. My daughter had a blast with that, even though I looked like an idiot! LOL! My poor dog was looking at me with this confused look on his face, his head cocked to one side, and his ears perked up a bit wondering what in the world we were doing! Hahahahaha!

So I set a goal for the end of the challenge. I would love to be in the "170's" by then. That would only take and average of 1.5 loss per week so hopefully it is doable. The big glitch I have is a cruise in April!

I had a 2lb loss this week which I'm happy with. Have I mentioned I REALLY need to add exercise to my efforts?? Sigh....

For those calorie counting - how many calories are you all eating daily? I'm fluctuating betwee 1400, then 1600, then repeat (for an average of 1500 cals). My 2lb loss seemedto come as I raised my calorie level, go figure.

HealthyMe - That sounds like alot of fun - maybe I should do that with my daughter today!

takingcontrol - Nice loss!

Good morning ladies,

I did very good with my eating and exercise last week but the scale only went down .8 for the week. Hopefully, I'll see a bigger loss next week.

Congrats to everyone else who lost last week. This coming week I am planning to limit my carbs and see if I can get a jump start on the weight loss. I'm just so ready to be in onederland.

Let's all have a great week

Omgzitsmiranda, I added 247 as your start weight to the row takingcontrol created. Sorry about that!

Well done to everyone who's recorded a loss this week, good luck to those weighing in today, and keep going those who aren't seeing the figures they'd hope for just now!

New week, new set of challenges here, I had a bit of a treat week last night, but am back on it today, even though every Monday is a real challenge as I'm in uni from 8.30am - 8pm, and the food they sell here is not weightloss friendly!

I bring as much as I can in with me (flask of soup, healthy sandwich and a few healthy snacks) but it doesn't stop the temptation!

Have a great week everyone!

Down a pound today so 163lbs right now.

takingcontrol- congrats on the loss with TOM! That's always and awesome victory. TOM showed up today so I was really happy to have a drop on the scale too (although the drop was probably a day old because I didn't have a chance to weigh myself yesterday).
