Down 1.2lbs...... Better than what it said the day before. For a couple of days there I had a +2lbs even though I was working out and staying in my calorie range. May be TMI but I think it has to do with not having regular BMs. Anyone else have that problem? Extra fiber doesn't always help either.

Hope everyone has a great week!!

Peggy, Paradise & Tontus, good job on your loss this week. A loss is a step in the right direction Paradise, and your average is great, so don't worry about one week not being as high as you like, just keep up the great work.

For this week I'm down .8, but since I'm supposed to start in two days & feel bloated to no end I'm going to be happy with that. Or so I keep telling myself. lol

Keep up the good work ladies & have a wonderful day.

Yep! Only since I more than halved my caloric intake. Fiber doesn't help me, either (I take it every night). TMI right back at ya, the only thing that does the trick sometimes is a triple latte

I have also noticed it is worse since I halved my calorie intake. Also I haven't had fast food in 3 months..... I'll have to try some coffee I like it but don't drink it regularly.

Ladies as far as BM, I have that problem too. I think itīs pretty normal when dieting. My longest without was 9 days, and I drank a cleanser after and almost died...haha, so now if I go 4 days without I take a laxitive.

Ladies Paradise girl you have dropped 20 big ones, I hope you are celebrating!! Tontus, you too should be so proud.

Iīm down exactly 1lb this week to 158!! yay. It feels good to be here, but it will feel better to be in the 140īs. Since we started this competition, I have lost over 8% and I think thatīs pretty awesome (if I dont say so myself). Some days have been so hard, and I have binged, but other days I have felt so strong and impowered, I honestly donīt think I would be where I am without the daily support of you ladies and knowing I am accountable to you!

I had mexican today for the first time in a year (its not typical here) I ordered the 6 mini taco plate (had too =)) and was so proud I only ate 3, and didnt put extras on or throw them all back in 2 minutes. And, I washed them down with a water instead of a beer....thats how I know I am changing! It feels so good.

Keep up the awesome work ladies, you all inspire me, and I hope I do a little for you! You CAN do this!

Big hugs!

Sarah

July 6th I will be done with classes and we normally go on a vacation the next day, so I'd like to lose at least 20 lbs by then. So, I want to join, but I don't know how to do the spreadsheet? Can someone help me?

Hello ladies,

Congrats to everyone who is losing weight. You ladies are soo motivating. I'm hoping that April will be a much better month for me. I have been having some serious binge eating issues but I pulled out my Beck Diet Solution materials and I'm hoping it will help me to get control and stay 100% OP this month. I want so bad to get back in my zone.

I hope everyone has a great week.

What a wonderful spring day! Good morning everyone.

Sarah, great job with your self control. Our friends own a wonderful Mexican restaurant & we go there about once a week. It's sooooo hard to resist the great food & for me the margaritas. I usually make that my high calorie day for the week & try to be very good the day before & after. No drinks just food. Your weight loss numbers are awesome too!

I finished week one of Jillian Michaels' Ripped in 30 on Saturday & have started week two. I was 6 out of 7 days & pretty proud of myself for sticking with it. I really like this DVD & find that for a 20 minute workout it really pushes me.

This weight loss is moving a lot slower than I want it to, but it is coming along. I was so jealous when I saw my sister-in-law this weekend. She started WW about a month & a half ago & has already lost 14 pounds. But then I need to remember that I'm not being as restrictive with my food as she is. And I'm doing this in a way that I know I can stick with.

I'm great at giving myself little pep talks aren't I? LOL

Have a great day everyone.
Kim

stlrsgrl43 - Sorry to hear that you were in the hospital and I hope you are feeling better. Congrats on being in onederland.

Kay7jay - I'm with you on being glad this challenge is a long one. I have to work really really hard to achieve the goal I set for myself at the start.

I am in day 3 of being POP. I'm aiming to have a 100% OP month of April.

I hope everyone else is doing good

Congrats stlrsgrl!

I am down 3lbs this week. Seems to be a pattern here. One week it is a 1.xlb loss the next a larger loss.

I'll take it

I am also glad this is a longer challenge! It seems more achievable than some of the shorter challenges! This challenge also seems fairly active. I am on another shorter challenge and only a couple people post. It seems less encouraging!

Here's to next week and good luck to all!

Good morning everyone.

WI today and down nothing. Ugh! I'm pretty sure it's still water from TOM, but it still feels horrible to see no change on the scale.

Stlrsgrl, welcome to onederland! Yay for you.

Nothing much to say today. Have a great OP day everyone.

Kim
