MichiganJen since there haven't been any weigh-ins yet, but I kept their starting weights next to their names in case they pop back up this week.
Mangolover, I put in the weight you listed for starting, week 1 and week 2. If your weights were different for those weeks, you can change them, I just added it to make the formulas work properly.

I'm shamefully far behind...I planned going into this weekend to not let it affect the plan, but I totally lost control. *shrug* back on track this week. Hopefully some of it is water weight since I've had pretty much none in days.

I started seeing a new doctor this week and he put me on a medication (not for weight loss) that is supposed to have appetite suppression as a side effect, which will be a happy surprise if it works that way for me. He also told me to cut back on the caffeine (which I drink in outrageous amounts), so we'll see what knocking the milk in lattes out of my diet does.
