Hi All,
Today is my weigh-in day and I lost 1.4 lbs. I'm happy with that....slow and steady for me!
In other news, I tried a DVD today (Biggest Loser Yoga) and it was tough...yikes. I really need a yoga mat because my mat was slipping all over the place.

I weighed in today as well and lost 2 pounds. That puts me at 6.8 pounds total since I started this journey. It's progress at least.

Laura I've tried that yoga dvd before I think, is it weight loss yoga? I also found it REALLY hard, I'll try and go back to it soon, thanks for reminding me about it!

Yes, it is Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga. My knees are really out of control sore right now (I'm guessing mostly due to my weight) so I thought I would try it out as I bought it years ago. Anyway, as I said it kicked my butt and I only finished about 10 mins. It is two days later and my legs are still sore, namely my inner thighs! I have now purchased a yoga mat (online), so once it comes in I shall give it another go and aim for the entire 20 mins. I gave birth to two children, surely I can handle yoga pain, right??

I lost 2 pounds this week, putting me back to where I was before I went on a cruise at the end of Nov. Now it's on to onederland. I can't wait to see a 1 on the scale instead of a 2.

2.75lb down for me, which I'm very happy about! I'm pretty busy at the moment so not getting the chance to chat as much on here as I'd like.
Hopefully next week I'll be able to get to know you all a little better n be more involved

I fell off the track for a bit, but i'm back to it starting NOW. I haven't weighed myself in a few days, but the last time I did it said 318, hah i wrote 218 at first. Someday!

Congrats to all you losers!! It looks like everyone is doing a FANTASTIC job, keep up the hard work ladies! I'm down 3 lbs in a little over a week, which I'm almost in disbelief for 2 reasons: 1.) that's a large number for just a little over a week! and 2.) TOM is here so I wasn't expecting a loss at all! This was a surprise visit from Tom... a whole 8 days early so I'm not sure whats goin on with my body? But I'm happy to see the numbers dropping just the same. Here's to a GREAT OP WEEK YA'LL!

Sounds like most of us are doing pretty good. Congratulations!
My weight this morning was 184.4, which is down 1.2 from last week, but this weekend I was weighing lower. But I'm using Monday's weight for this challenge.
For those of you that didn't have a good week, just keep up the good work, the scale will eventually cooperate. Don't get discouraged.
I was totally off plan this weekend, but still ate less calories than I burned. I'm not letting it get me down though because it's the first time in 5 weeks that I went off plan. So now I'm getting back on plan.

I'm looking forward to having a good week. I just need to work hard to get my water in this week. Last week I did better with it and I had a loss on the scale. It seems that when I don't drink enough, I don't lose.

Just weighed in and had a 2lb loss. I know that IS a good number but I felt sort of let down... Last Monday I weighed 251.6 and by Thurs I weighed 248 but then it climbed back up to 249.6 today. I guess I shouldn't weigh myself everyday but seeing the 248 was great. I stayed on plan except yesterday, I ate extra calories at dinner but the scale was already up 249 by then.
Just frustrated and needed to vent!  It also helps seeing that others are losing 2lbs too, which I know is the healthy way to do it!
Ok, here's to another 2lb loss and the 248 on the scale will stay this time
