Congrats!!! You are well on your way. Keep up the GOOD work!!! I believe that you will be able to get down 10. You already came a far ways. I do my weigh ins on Sunday. So well see if I am able to make good progress as well.

Okay Today is weigh in day and I'm proud to report...
SW: 225
CW: 222

3 POUND LOSS!!!!

7 more pounds to lose...

Hopefully once my monthly visitor comes and goes, I will be shedding more weight. Maybe the reason for the slow weight loss could be due to the water retention. Maybe a week before.. I start eating a lot and gain 5 to 7 pounds. But this time around... I haven't gained. I actually lost. And my appetite increased a bit too. Whatever is going on with my body, I can't complained. wooo-whooooooo!!!

I'm not trying to speak defeat... BUT I'm a lil worried if I will make the numbers by the end of this month. Tomorrow is my official weigh-in day, and so far the numbers don't look to swell...

Unfortunately... I'm finding out what my body doesn't like at this point and as crazy as it sounds... It's EXERCISE!!

Last week I exercised, 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weight training and I got up to 228

But when I rested, for a few days with no exercise, I went back to my weight of 223. Crazy huh? Maybe I gain muscle faster than lose fat? I dunno. But I think I wont really start exercising until I lose more weight, at least below the 200's. Or probably stick to cardio... But probably not...lol

So my weekly report which is late:

SW:225
CW: 223
GW:215

Actually gained a pound. (well actually more, but eventually evened out after rest) I'm not going in the direction that I should be going in y'all!!

lost 6 lbs so far, I have 4 lbs left.

*I fluctuated a lot last week, so I had to change up my diet and exercise routine and so far it's working. Hopefully I can still meet my goal.*
