Unfortunately... I'm finding out what my body doesn't like at this point and as crazy as it sounds... It's EXERCISE!!
Last week I exercised, 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weight training and I got up to 228
But when I rested, for a few days with no exercise, I went back to my weight of 223. Crazy huh? Maybe I gain muscle faster than lose fat? I dunno. But I think I wont really start exercising until I lose more weight, at least below the 200's. Or probably stick to cardio... But probably not...lol
So my weekly report which is late:
SW:225
CW: 223
GW:215
Actually gained a pound. (well actually more, but eventually evened out after rest)

I'm not going in the direction that I should be going in y'all!!
