Rachael- a normal class I would not go to.. this one we are lucky to have a gym attached to the administrative office building and we all pitched in and hires our own trainer.. so i work out with girls i work with.. some are in better shape... some in worse.. but we all make fun of ourselves.. and our trainer is great.. I would not have my uncoordinated butt at a class in the gym quite yet.. lol

Nomore- it is quite the work out, we do it Tuesdays and Thursdays and I try and take a baby for walks on Saturday and Sunday ..about 3 miles.. Also just curious how long it too you to lose your 36 lbs..

I don't think I have ever been more motivated than I have been this month.. i also think i already started shrinking down my stomach.. i feel full a lot faster lately..... I know I have water weight.. do you guys think its safe to take diurex or something.. i just want my true weight.. minus water.. plus i heard doing a colon cleanse helps too... am i nuts??? lol

Morning Chicks! Day 9!
Bella, that's great your coworkers are all trying to exercise too, it helps!
When I first started counting calories in September I was aiming for 2 lbs a week on livestrong.com, and it said I could only have 1200 calories. So I tried to stick in that vincinity. I always eat more on the weekend so I guess you could call it calorie cycling LOL Anyway, it's only been since Sep that I've been actively dieting. I have changed my goal to 1.5 lbs per week and I aim for 1450 calories now, or an extra snack per day. My sister and I promised to try for a year, I cant wait to see where we are in September!
How is everyone else doing? Still OP?

Good morning! I am here. I am really pumped, as of today, I have now lost 40 pounds. Awesome stuff.

Bellasmommy - that sounds like a lot of fun. I could see doing a 'class' with friends and only friends. Not as intimidating. It is great to see others who are pumped about this journey. NoMore & I are doing so well, it's really exciting. IDK about the diuretics, I feel like my coffee does the same thing, I really pee a lot when I'm drinking it! Sorry if that was TMI lol. I have read on this forum that water with lemon slices is a good natural diuretic, maybe try some of that first. I know I really lose faster if I'm slamming the water. And I haven't ever done a colon cleanse, so I really don't have any idea what that would do.

NoMore - OMgoodness, if I continue to lose 10 pounds a month, I will be down another 90 pounds in September. Holy Crapadoly. I will just be super duper tickled to be down by whatever the actual amount is by then. I haven't been below 230 or so in over 10 years, since your wedding. We're doing this man. I can't believe it.

Rachael, Congrats on Hitting the big 4-0! Most ever lost right?? And wow, I cant imagine 90 more!! Surreal!

100% on calories today! Back down to 175.2 this morning, actually .6 lbs lighter than last Friday.

Bella, I totally think your stomach can shrink that fast. I wouldn't suggest the water pill or colonic. IMO, Just let your body do what it needs to do!

Day 10 here!

I've been only eating 1300-1400 cals per day, and exercising daily, too. Well, all that, and I stayed the same as last week!

For fun and exercise, I decided to take a line dancing class and a broadway jazz class, too. Well, I'm the biggest one in my jazz class! Not good. Today, however, I worked out on the elliptical and treadmill. At least, I don't have to look in the mirror and compare myself to the others, like I do at class.

Hey Everyone! So it's day 4 for me and I've been bad. I notice that when I don't log on to 3fc I cheat and don't stay on track. So from here on out I am going to visit the thread everyday and write what I've been doing. Well, so far today I've been on track. I haven't been to the gym yet cause of babysitting issues but that is gonna change soon.

Today I ate a boneless skinless chicken breast baked in the oven and some squash, green beans and corn. For dinner I am going to have more Chicken but have yet to figure out what sides. I hate cooking but I'm slowing learning. I just never know what to make cause I'm picky.

How is everyone else doing?

Morning Ladies! Day 10! Was up a 1lb this morning but I had progresso light soup with crackers for lunch, and a mushroom swiss hamburger patty for dinner yesterday, i'm guessing it a sodium gain because I didn't overeat this week.

Lambie, I love new shoes, that's funny he hid them from you..

TYla, those classes sound fun, you are doing great! Keep It Up!!

Bella, I am so proud of you, three weeks of being healthier is superb!

Sarcruze, I am the same way, that why I started this thread was to have somewhere to say how I was doing, good or bad, just to keep coming back.

Now on to the weekend, I've got to do better this weekend than last!

tyla - UHHH, you're the biggest one in your class at 138???!! Holy batman. LOL Those classes really do sound fun, but I would be very selfconscious, especially if I outweighed everyone by 100+ pounds! Great work staying POP, and that stinkin scale will cooperate, just now as quickly as you'd like.

Amber - Yay for 20 days & yay for a ticker! I know I was excited to get mine too! You are doing so well, keep up the great work. No cheats? You rock.

Sarcruze - I am glad you realized a potential downfall for your plan. Keep checking in with us! I love reading everyone's posts. Keeps me excited about the process. I can't remember what your plan is? Are you calorie counting?

Lambie - too freakin funny. Hey, whatever motivation it takes, right?!!

NoMore - Yes, sodium is a pain in the booty. And yes, we will do better this weekend.

TGIF!!!

Hubby and I are going dancing with friends tonight. That means drinkypoos. So I have to eat just a little for dinner, so I can make sure I'm still in my calorie range. I'm sooo looking forward to this. Haven't exercised yet today, so I better be on that dance floor for a while.

NoMore, I'm proud of you staying on track all week. We'll both lose weight next week - You'll see. Let's keep at it. And let's stay strong over the weekend.

Rachael, how goes it with you? What kind of food plan are your on? What kind of exercise do you do? It's helps motivate me to know what others doing. Let's keep going.

Have a great weekend, everyone!
Tyla
