I hit goal weight last summer but let it go when the holidays hit, so I need to lose 11 lbs to get back where I was.
I'm a believer in realistic goals, so my January goal will be to lose at least 6 lbs by 1/31.
SW (12/31/11): 123.5lbs
GW (1/31/12): 117.5lbs (or less)
I'd join an exercise challenge, but I'm officially a Zumba Instructor now, so I exercise at least 6 hours a week
I'm proof that you can't out-exercise poor nutrition. I'm definitely cutting down on the chocolate & fast food this month.
