I graduated to 30 minutes tonight and 525 calories burned. I tried the weight loss program on the elliptistrider, and OMG! I thought I was dying, but I did it!!! So pumped... wondering if I will be able to walk tomorrow though...

Just did a doggies walk today but am about to go assemble a DIY storage cabinet. How many calories do you think that will burn? I think cursing and throwing things across the floor when it proves not to be a DIY storage cabinet will burn mega cals!

If, by some miracle, it does assemble fairly easily and quickly I"m going to clean out/organize part of the garage.

It was 70 degrees today, so more yardwork. Make hay while the sun shines and all that.

Much to my total astonishment the DIY storage cabinet was truly a DIY storage cabinet! Whoo hoo, easy peasy to assemble and I got tons done in the garage yesterday/last night. I assembled a second (smaller) one too. I spent from 4pm till 7:30pm in constant movement, ate dinner, then went to Petco, Target and Giant. Never sat down until after 10pm last night. While not 'formal' exercise I'm betting I burned more cals over that period of time. I like it!

Today I'm going to do a 25 min. Slimdown lower body workout (Chris Freytag) so that will put me at 5/20 towards my January exercise goal. Oh, and I have to finish organizing the garage too. Hopefully get the dogs out for a walk too. So much to do . . . . .

eta: workout 5 of 20 done.

Tabbycat here.

After a roaring good start the first three days, school started again. I came home from work and went to bed by 7:30 the next three days! But today I'm up for a double workout. Already did the treadmill.

Day 4 of 14.

I'm joining this challenge a little late, but I have not been slacking on my exercise.

My goal for January is:

31 days of exercise. I go to the gym 6 days a week (yoga on Sundays), I am doing LiveFit Trainer by Jamie Eason, and 6 week Six-Pack by Jillian Michaels.
