Hello everyone! I was a late joiner last month, but I did get in all my workouts. This challenge really pushed me. I love it! I'm still keeping with my same workout schedule Monday through Friday with a few minutes more of arms and abs added in afterwards for good measure.
Once again, I'll add a little red heart (
♥) after I complete each days' workout.

There ya go! I decided to take Thanksgiving off. We always host it, and I get up at 5:30 to start cooking, so I'm not going to beat myself up for taking that one holiday off.
