A new SARG in charge. Very interesting.

Well I'm still here even in my diminished capacity. Still striving for that Goal. Glad to see the group staying alive on here.
Had an okay hold on the weight this week even with all the food and wine. House is almost back together now that the family has all left.

I don't think we have to do the large group stats post. I tend to check on everything using the spreadsheet. If everyone wants to continue to post their weekly's here I think that's good. Keeps us all accountable

Oh, are we still keeping track of miles? I've kind of fallen off the wagon there myself.

Snarky - You definitely deserve your own sheet! I will get on it asap. Hope to get it done tonight, if not tomorrow ok? I will let you know when I am done.
Thanks for posting the links to the sheet & form!

LOVE the idea of posting your gains in red. I agree that I identify better with reading someone's post about their results for the week so I can associate an avatar/signature with the poster.

Glad to see someone embracing their alter-ego SARG.

Troops, please welcome private snarky who joined us on the sheet! Good job hanging in there. Well deserved!

Gains in red, losses in green like on the sheet?

I would also like to suggest another head count for the sheet. There seem to be quite a few people AWOL again. Can I please get everybody to check in here until next Sunday and let me know if you want to stay on the sheet? Thanks!

Thanks! I've never spent as much time on decorating as I did today and LOVE how the house looks now. You didn't blow away in the wind today?

I want to see Peanutt's tree! I did more decorating this year and earlier. Finally got dh to see the sense in not waiting until late December - especially since it was not raining Friday or Saturday. My kids put up most of the ornaments so there are A LOT and very low to the ground!

Are you kidding? I finally got the monkey monkey (joyful will get that!) off my back and am ready to focus on weight loss.

(Which means keep me on the sheet please!)

I am going to do 3 lowish carb, lowish cal days to reset my hunger. marathon and thanksgiving back to back had turned me into a raging food maniac. I may be grouchy by Wednesday.

Nah, still to heavy to blow away. Though it was/is nasty out there. They shut down all of downtown (no car, pedestrians, trains, bus etc) and part of deerfoot. Winds gusting to 150km/h. Brrrr.
We went out for lunch with friends. Great new restaurant for your next trip to Calgary!
No Christmas decorations this year because we are traveling. Feels odd. Have to catch up next year with twice as much. :-)

Well. <ahem> Gained 1 lb/ pledged .5/ New pledge .5

I had a fantastic weekend at the coast and got in a 4 mile run. I didn't get in a T-day run as I was cooking all day, but I hiked 6 miles yesterday and am getting in an extra run tonight to try to make up for it. I stayed on my food plan and did pretty well, but unfortunately drank way too much. My friend works for a local brewery here and brought a good amount of rare microbrews with her. We'll see if it's just water retention or real weight, but it's still not good

Back to the routine this week!

josey, thanks for adding me to the challenge!

Did I miss something with the spreadsheet? Are we also posting to the form report section now? Sorry, just double checking because I don't want to mess anything up!
