I found an easy way to lose just over a half pound without diet and exercise: Buy a new scale!

Seriously, I just got an Eat Smart Digital Scale and I love it. It was highly recommended on this site. I've had my old scale for 12 years and I don't think it's reliable. This new one does weigh me in a half pound lighter than my old one, but I've gotten on and off of it with different dumbbell weights and it's accurate each time. So I figure it's more accurate with my weight, too. Yay! Nothing like losing 1.6 pounds overnight.

I can't wait for The Biggest Loser tonight. It's the show with the marathon where the kicked-off contestants come back to race. The winner automatically gets to come back to be in the final 4. I'm hoping my guy, Patrick, will be the winner.
