I'd love to join! how much weight did you want to lose in this 4 week challenge? My personal goal is to be 10 pounds lighter in 4 weeks.

Cali -
You know I'm in on this one. =) I'm probably going to set my goal a little smaller than I should only because I'm just starting this. I need realistic time to adjust my bad habits. I'm going to say 10 lbs this month (with the hope of exceeding).
Anybody have any suggestions on getting started? Right now I'm looking into a 24/7 fitness gym because I work weird hours and trying to find a sensible eating patern. Being in retail and trying to make time (and energy) to work out and eat smaller portions more often is really challenging.
Either way: 285/285/275 - let's get this going. =)

Hey Winny!
I go to 24 hour fitness, and most are open all day. I love it! I have a desk job, but it's still so hard for me to get the energy to workout! I'm trying to get it done though. I'm not on a specific plan, but I do calorie count, and that has helped me lose 30 pounds so far. I just eat smaller portions, and I cut out most fast food.

BTW I read your blog, and wow, I think you are a very good writer. I'm sorry to hear about your friend. I've known my BFF since we were 6th graders, and I consider her the sister I never had. I cannot imagine how you felt losing her.

Kiss,
First of all, thanks for the comments. =)
Do either of you have any specific diet/work out plans in place, or do you have enough of a routine that you're just going to keep doin what you do best... only better? =P

I'm doing just eating clean/vegetarian diet right now. I'm following an old WW plan. = )

Just taking this one day at a time. Thanks so much for joining ladies! My goal right now is to get in at least a half hour to an hour of exercise.
