Default Red Team UNITE! 12 week challenge

Of course we need our own thread, too!

We have a few people who are MIA - lets try to track them down and get their numbers on the spreadsheet to start with.

As for my plan:

After some crazy stress eating and slacking off exercise-wise, I'm back on track with calorie counting and going to the gym EVERY SINGLE DAY! Cardio every other day, strength every other day, and some stretching and relaxation on Sundays.

What's your strategy, Reds?

Go Red! I'm back on OP after a not-so-good Halloween weekend. I'm currently doing the 30DS waiting for my copy of "Ripped in 30" to arrive. I am really excited about it, I've read several rave reviews. After I get through that, I'm planning on getting back to the gym for cardio and returning to either yoga or pilates classes.
My current mini-goal is to get to Thanksgiving without a single cheat. The second step is to only have one day of holiday celebration, instead of totally blowing the whole week/weekend.

Hey Chicks , I found this thread & signed-up on Nov.1 but I don't know what my 'team color' is ? Anyways I lost 1# @ WI on Thursday... A big WOW for me considering my entire TOPS club of 28 had gains, except me & 3others & Everyone ate Halloween candy Dee

this week i promise to stick to my 1200 calories/ day. i went a little off track last week, but I'm telling you, I'm sticking to it this week for sure. FOR THE TEAM!!!! (and me of course, lol)

Congrats to all on their weight loss this week! Looks like we're ahead right now :-)

My plan this week is to stay 100% OP - I'm on day six of no cheats, going strong on my mini-goal. I did well on my exercise last week too, and I'll continue the same pattern this week.

Heh. Thanks, Kristen. We just happened to start the challenge on a "Whoosh Week". According to my pattern, we won't see much progress for another couple of weeks. I just pray the numbers don't go UP!

My life is going through some changes right now due to a new job that starts on Monday, and I'm trying to get some routines in place that will help me get to the gym every day, and keep my calorie count below 1300.

Good job on six days of no cheat, lady! How is the "Ripped" Cd?

Hey Reds! Seems like we're a quiet bunch. I'm having some serious motivation issues this week as I'm on TOM. Never feel like working out the first few days. Luckily I haven't gotten too off plan food-wise. But I am really struggling with cravings!

How is everyone else doing this week?

Ugh! I started a new job this week, and started weight-lifting. I went back up . No worries, though. This is a 12-week challenge, not a three week challenge. I shall overcome!
We certainly ARE quiet, Ruby. I usually only check in about once a week. How did the craving a avoidance go? TOM is tough.

I lost another pound this week, woot! With Thanksgiving and TOM this week though, I am not as hopefully about next week! I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving!

Oh boy, craving avoidance did not go well and I am back to my starting weight. However, I'm back on the exercise train and hope to get back down for the next weigh-in.

Ladyrayado, Congrats on the loss!!

To all of you Americans: Happy Thanksgiving!! Hope you enjoy your yummy meals (in moderation of course ).
