Hey ladies. It's been a very busy week. I pledged 3 lost 2. I'm not going to pledge for the coming week because it is going to be even busier than the last.
Hey ladies, hope you all are making your way without to much strife, every day is a new beginning for me, haven't had any great success lately but i'm hanging in there and getting stronger mentally by the day, i can feel it, transition to the winter months must be nearly complete because it's getting easier to walk the line if you know what i mean, i envision a pound or two drop this week so i will make it happen.
Come christmas i will weigh between 185 and 190 if i have to dig deeper than i ever have before, last year i weighed in at 300 and thought that was something, it's hard to believe how much progress i made this year, but for whatever reason i don't "feel" it but looking at the numbers and reality shows me my efforts aren't in vain.
Congrats chickadee, you must feel great to have rolled back the hands of time. You now inspire me girl...
My weigh in this week is 175. Down 1 pound this week.
I did exercise a ridiculous 465 minutes! That's 7 hours and 45 minutes! I hope the scale will register that in this upcoming week!
Anyway, I will not make a pledge for this week (or next Sunday) because I will be on vacation. I will come back weigh in and pledge again on November 27th! Anyway this doesn't mean I won't be working on vacation. We're going to Kauai and we plan on hiking a lot and I need to maintain some of my running schedule since I am running 2 10K's when I get back. One on Thanksgiving morning and the other Saturday after Thanksgiving.
Finals this week, along with a million other things. I want off this crazy train. Going to schedule a doc's appointment, because I think the stress of the last 2 months have brought on PPD or something like it. :/
Sorry for the late check-in. I have mid-terms this week and have also picked up more hours at work to try to save up some extra money for the holidays. It sounds like everyone here has been super busy! My food intake has been pretty good, and I'm also upping my mileage but trying to add in more HIIT. I added in 30DS again too this month, on day 3 now.
Weight loss has been slooow lately, but it is still going down. I'm pretty happy with where I am food-wise, and I think once I pick up my mileage a bit it'll speed up again. As long as I'm still losing, I'm happy.
I do want to make a pledge this week to check in to this thread more often. My wall calendar has been good motivation, but not as good as checking in here daily is.
Some nice losses posted (and some not so nice gains), but CONGRATS to Jeanettey, Rainbow & Sarati for keeping their Black Ops weight loss streak alive...they've posted a loss each week!!!!
As for Sarge, he's had enough of partying on 5 pounds every weekend and then having to work really hard during the week to lose it again just to stay even, so it's time to get off what PacSun calls the "crazy train" and get serious this week.
I just checked Black Ops and I am sorry FitGirl but it seems like you are out this week. :-(
Edit: Great to see that everybody weighed in ontime. I think we are missing one or two but that is ok compared to the last few weeks.

Are we still charting our way to the great wall? No biggie if we are not, but if we arent I'll probably stop recording my mileage here as the double logging is not productive for me.
