Hi everyone!
I'm back and finished making costumes for this halloween season.
I would like to be added to the new spread sheet.
I'm still Black Ops Boot Campin with everyone.

I am going to check out fleetly. I loved fitocracy at first but I don't like relogging long workouts either. Entering all the data for 30DS once or twice is enough!

Ok guys, here is the new spreadsheet link:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...DczajVTNkhMd3c

Have a look around. There are a bunch of changes:

1. colours, just to make it easier to figure out that you are really in the new sheet and not editing the old one :-)

2. Platoon Total: The percentage changed. It now shows how well we are doing as a team in relation to what we pledged. e.g. 50 lbs pledged, 5 lbs weight lost, 10% of goal reached

3. Black Ops: Top row shows the % of the real BL contestant with the lowest percentage. That's what we measure against. I couldn't find this weeks yet but I think it was a gain. So as far as you don't gain, you are fine.
I also deleted all the people that didn't report back in the last week (Sarati, you unfortunately didn't report back either)

4. PledgeBoard and form: New feature to help Peanutt out a bit with the pledge board. (This is a trial, we will see how well it works I guess.) You can now follow this link:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...ajVTNkhMd3c6MQ
It is a survey to ask your stats for the week. The information goes to the spreadsheet and creates a table that Peanutt can use to post the pledge board instead of manually collecting the information from the thread.
Unfortunately, it does not (yet?) update your tab on the spreadsheet.
If you made a mistake on the form, you can re-submit the whole form. If we see two (hopefully not more) entries from one person, the last submitted will count.

5. New members: Peanutt and I agreed that we need to see some commitment before we are going to add new members. It takes some time to create the sheet for a new member and we had quite a lot of members join and disappear after a week or two. Not cool :-(
So, to be added to the spreadsheet, we want to see at least two weeks of pledges, losses and posts before we will add new members. If you are interested, post here or PM me and I will put you on the list for new additions.
Everbody can use the form to report your stats every Sunday but do not add yourself to the sheet!

Phew, I think that's all. Now I need a cappuccino!
If you have any questions, comments or if something doesn't work, please let me know.

Weighing in early this week.
Lost 0.8 lbs, pledging 0.6 lbs for next week. Trekked 8 miles.

Tried a new approach running on the treadmill this morning. Every time the song changed I changed the incline, alternating between 0.5, 1.0 and 1.5%. Then every minute I would increase speed by 0.1 km/h. I kept increasing like this until my heart rate was hovering around 88-90% of max. After slowing down for a couple of minutes to recover I then started doing a rotation of 1 minute at 6 mph, 30 sec at 7 mph and 30 sec at 8 mph. What an awesome workout. The time just flew by and I got a great sweat on. Will definitely do that again.

C25K Week 9, Day 1. I did it at 4 mph and at a 2% incline. Tucked in the tushy, the core and leaned into my stride. I am going to feel that tomorrow. I feel good though!

Had to eat at work today, but I made a healthy choice of Salad. YAY me!

The new chart looks great. I filled out the form, will there be a new link to the form every week, or will it be the same link that I can book mark?

I had a great time at the zoo with the kids.

Pledged .4
Lost -1.4
New Pledge 0

@envelope - same link! Handy eh?

Yay! I had a great week. Shortened but intensified workouts worked great. I dropped about 100 minutes of workouts this week, was never sorer in my life but felt great (well, after the soreness was gone). I also dropped 1% in bodyfat Yeah!!!

How does the sheet and form work for everybody?

Edit: Ohhhhh and i am in the 160s now. Woooooooo

Way to go Josey! Congrats on the 160s and the 1% loss! The sheet worked great for me btw. Thanks for making it up.

I had a ghost pledge pop up this week (since I didn't make time last week to pledge on Sunday) but I'll take it so...
Pledge: 1
Lost: 1.6
New Pledge: 1

I'm starting a 12 week challenge and it's my first team challenge so we'll see how it goes.

Well, my weight was down to 180.1 and I was so excited. Then this morning it is back up to 181.0. That's still a .2 loss, but I like the 1.1 much better. ~ That's a snarl, not a pout.

Just one pound this week, but I'll take it. Got to scoot to get in some walking in the park. I'll come back later to catch up on things.
______________ACTUALS____________________
my actuals for 10-23-11 thru 10-29-11 are:
Weight loss = 1 lb (Current Wt.195)
Walking = 26 miles

_________NEXT WEEK______________________
My goals for 10-30-11 thru 11-05-11 are:
Weight loss = 2 lbs.
Walking = 30 miles
3 DVD exercise sessions

______________________________________

Reflecting Back on the Week
I stayed up way too late on a couple of work nights. The result was a little more munching and a decline in my energy and activity.

More "XL" clothes are beginning to become very loose. The fit differs between bands, but I'm getting into more and more "LG" sizes in tops and pants - a good feeling. I can shop in my own closet or among my "some day" box of smaller clearance items that I bought for great price with the intent that I'll shrink into it.

Thinking forward to the New Week
Stronger focus on the basics. Get adequate sleep and sufficient exercise. Work in some DVD exercise sessions.
