Sparkle, I hate moving, just want it done asap
Nite, I bet you'll look great!
I'm getting weary and irritable. Feel dehydrated even though I'm drinking water like crazy, staying w/I calories but not eating the healthiest options, my friend keeps promising to help me move then bailing on me (why even offer then??? Grrr), and I'm just tired. Totally worth it for the great house and my kids' happiness about all the space but I will be happy to be settled!

I snuck a peek at the scale today -- 204.5!!! Moving is great for weight loss I won't change my ticker or count anything until Tuesday's official weigh in, but I don't mind saying I'm pretty excited about that number, whether it sticks for the official weigh in or not!!

Hi ladies today i weighed in and I actually gained 1.6...I have been working out all week staying OP so i was shocked when the scale went up.The only thing i can think of is I've been eating alot of soup lately and it does contain alot of sodium..I wasn't wanting to post this but i joined this challenge and i'm committed to losing my 25lbs by new years eve so i'm going to keep on going it's gotta come off..
To everyone else Great Job on the losses..

ican, sodium will DEFINITELY do it, and sore muscles retain a lot of water. Keep plugging away and you'll even out in a few weeks!!

Getting the rest of the big stuff/furniture tomorrow, and hopefully most of the rest of the boxes too. Then just clean up and finish unpacking, which isn't going too badly! Hopefully everyone who committed to showing up to help with the furniture does. I've got a project due Tuesday, so tomorrow will be a busy, busy day! Have a GREAT week everyone!!

rainydays I hope tomorrow runs as smooth as possible! Great job on the weight loss!
icandothis2 Sodium! Yes it helps retain unwanted water weight so just drink more water to flush it out!
Yesterday at the quincenera we had a blast! I was complimented by a ton of people and it felt pretty good! My daughter danced a bunch and so did the hubs and I. My legs are sore LOL. Luckily the food was very healthy for the most part there was fresh fruit, grilled chicken, steam veggies, etc. But all in all it was a great night! I hope everyone else had a great weekend.
BTW one more pound and I would have officially lost 40 pds!

Congrats April Snow thats a fantastic weekly loss!
rainydays I can't bring myself to weigh in between 'official' weigh in day, I really am not a scale fan, but lets hope that sticks!
Congrats on the 40 pound loss NiteOwlMommy, inspiring!

rainydays Congrats on the weight loss! And good luck on your moving!!
I wanted to kick up my exercising since I'm finding it harder to get to the gym (especially with midterms creeping in...) So I went out and bought myself a Tae Bo dvd. So much fun!!!

rainydays: I HATE moving too! Omigod- it really just makes me want to get rid of most everything I own. Congrats on the weight loss.
icandothis2: Don't sweat the small gain. If you are doing everything right, then just believe in the process.
I've been doing okay - OP with exercise and calories. I just keep trying to remind myself that if I keep doing this everyday, I should be able to reach my 150 goal for NYE.
Keep it up everyone! Slow and Steady wins the race!!
