Budgetbaby on the pants and water is a , hope the meds get straightened out.
Daaaaaaaaaang Jeanetty. That made for one tough workout. I had thought about squeezing it in again tomorrow but my head didnt like the pushups and situps between cardio intervals. Maybe if I substitute something more upright.

Very exciting, wish you the best.
@Joyful
I've been watching season 11 in prep for this season, and holy #%$. Those people are AMAZING. If they can do it at 400 lbs, then I can work harder and push myself. I've been thinking about trying out a boxing gym for a while now, and the show decided it for me. After the marathon I'm going to sign up as a reward. I can't wait!
Me too! I have been preparing for our challenge by watching past seasons for the first time and I am very excited to see the amazing transformations.
@Ksquared
Way to rock the walking. I Love walking, breathing fresh air is so good for the soul.

My internet is wonky, so not much posting from me. Will finish up TBL in a little while and figure out what I need to go for to not be eliminated. Ennay's idea of a big sign is great!
My motivation has gone on a little hide and seek mission... time to get back on it, so walking tonight and then the Jeanettey challenge.

Jeanettey's Mid-Week Challenge Done (while watching TBL):
5 minutes marching in place
10 minutes jogging in place
25 jumping jacks
10 minutes jumping rope
25 push-ups (on toes even)
10 minutes jogging in place
25 crunches (standard)
10 minutes jogging in place
10 minutes stretching
I've done a total of 238 minutes exercise today. I'm tired now.
Jeanettey - I so want one of those ellipticals, where's it from?
Rainbow - Love the shirt!
Josey - No kidding! Dolvett is a beautiful man.
Ksquared - Too cute about Elvis! I hope to have space for horses one day. Congrats on the pants fitting.
Joyful - Lentil chili actually sounds yummy to me, not weird. Now I have to have some.
chickadee - Congrats on quitting smoking! The first 3 days are the hardest and you're almost there.
Chesire - I'm so glad you liked zumba. I'm a total addict. It's fun and a fabulous workout.
BudgetBaby - Congrats on the jeans!

Fitgirl - The elliptical is the "Pompano" and you can get it at www.yowzafitness.com.
It is $1500.00 and is the cheapest core trainer there is. Not only was it the cheapest of the 3 available but, it weighs 45 lbs less and is 5 inches shorter. I looked at all kinds of machines.
There's a great site to compare features and prices at, http://www.allellipticals.com/ellipt...n-chart-3.html

 Oh god, that is too funny!!! I can never look at a football player with stripes in his face again without thinking about this.
@ennay - oh ok, if they post the % online we can figure it out easily. I am a BL virgin so I have no idea :-)
@joyful - lol, people will be boxing with you and won't even know? Too funny! My run went surprisingly well. I did 30 minutes only but no problem. Phew!
@chick - YAY!! Great job on quitting! Now you are a loser and a quitter. WTG!!! I quit about 5 years ago and man, I am glad I am done with that!
@MadamB - I love the idea of a Sarge T-shirt. We should get some!!
@K3 - I WANT THAT T-SHIRT!!!
@K2 & BBaby - WTG on the pants!!
Ok, what is KP duty/challenge? And where can I see Rainbow's T-shirt? I am lost here. HELP!
Oh and I think I will add an exercise bike to the home gym on the weekend. :-)

I thought I was working hard today; I hit the gym morning and evening, and even took a 2.5 mile lunchtime walk. But then I saw what some of you are logging at fitocracy....
Ennay earned 2744 points
fitgirlygirl earned 1806 point
You all are dang near impossible to keep up with let alone gain on. Way to go!!

Rainbow - Thanks, the pic didn't load when I was reading before. Odd. But now I saw it. AWESOME! Love it! I need to get one too! Or one of K3's.
Jeanettey - I saw the challenge but what does KP stand for? I might be just too tired today to figure it out. Will try again tomorrow...

My brain is fuzzy tonight too. Can someone tell me the formula to figure out what % weight we need to lose to compare to the unnamed person booted from the tv show BL?
Night all.
