Ryler832. Right now I'm just eating really healthy (since I have so much weight to lose) So mainly my meals consist of fruits, vegetables, & lean meats (chicken & fish). I also eat around 1500-1800 calories & I exercise sometimes twice a day for 30 minutes. I guess since I just started doing this I'm losing weight quickly it will probably slow down in a few months.
