YEY! I started this withmyself the day before yesterday, so I'm at 98-on-plan right now
... I realized the other day it would put me at 12/23, which would "give me a day to shop" LOL.. I'm nuts. Anyways, I was hoping one would start!
I'm in! I think I'm also in another one, but thats cool.. the more support the merrier!! WE GOT THIS!!
1) Remember that I hold on to water like ITS MY JOB, lol, and to not let it get to my head.
2) To keep the "inspiration" pic as the backround of my phone and when I'm feeling like I'll slip, look at it.
3) To eat as cleanly as I can. Whole grains, veggies, all good things, no bad things.
4) To "run" the 5 races I have scheduled between now and then. To not freak out the next morning when I'm up 3lbs from water, sigh.
5) To stay between 1400 and 1900 cals.
6) To keep going.
I weigh daily, when I remember.. which seems to be every day but Saturday..
