FAR from a super mom... heck, barely at home due to work hours... but I try when I am there. I am so thankful for her team of doctors, they are incredible. Hope everyone is having a super day!!!!
Friday Weigh in!
My last full weekend off so Yayyyy
I've been weighing 185 the last few days so I'm going to use that for my weigh in which is 2 lb loss. My weight jumped to 188 yesterday & today but there isn't any reason it'd do that except TOM nearing, so I'll go with 185 lol

I am down 1 lb. I've been roughly within my calories, but have been craving carbs like crazy. I haven't really been exercising in the technical sense during the week, but I guess what I do all day at work can be considered resistant training lol. I put on jeans that didn't fit me last month-100% cotton from 3 yrs go-and the fit with room Whoo hoo. It make my day! And since there is NO stretch, that means I did it. Yea!
sheramama - Great NSV!!!!! I am so happy for ya!!!! Oh, and by the way, I think my magic mommy wand is broken, LOL. First Amber recovering from her procedure, and now my youngest daughter is sick... maybe a bad cold? All nasal, so going to have to make sure doesn't turn into sinus infection, poor thing. I need that wand fixed! LOL!!! In the meantime, I have hugs to offer and they all seem happy with it
LOL@ Jill!!!!! I never thought of that! Maybe I should stop using it for the small cuts and bruises, stick to the kisses for those, then use the wand for the big stuff, LMBO!!!!!
Down 2Lbs today, which puts me comfortably into onederland now Yay! I did have 4 margaritas last night, but apparently didn't hurt anything and it did allow me to get into my calories, so I guess I needed it, LOL!!! It's a theory, LOL. Anywho... on with my weekend. Going to try to get the big cleaning done as my folks are flying in from Maine on Wednesday and no time during the week to do it I am so excited to see them!!!
jillnicole- I work a 3-11 shift so I understand working late.
itsmyturn- I was so happy when I hit Onederland and now that im REALLY into it I feel so much better...its great right? so much closer to your goal!
BUT Thursday I hit my second goal! 30lb loss. I feel great really! Halfway there! I have been getting compliments a lot lately. I dont know if you guys are like me but I feel like I look the same.
Yesterday some of my friends and I went to this thing called Mule Days (ha only in NC). But its you know one of the street fair kind of things. Really fun. I went because I wanted to get roasted corn. BEST EVER. So I had that and walked around a lot! Burned off all the calories from the corn. hahaha.
My NSV yesterday was when we were all looking at t-shirts to get and I was able to wear a youth Large shirt....I was excited.
Lauren- I love that you are getting compliments!!! It's wonderful to hear and a reminder to you that you ARE changing shape/appearance even when you are not sure you are. Sometimes, since we look at ourselves daily, it is hard for us to see the changes... hearing from others is good affirmation
weightbliss - Who do you believe stated they were starving themselves? This crew in this thread is so wonderful because they believe that improving health is the key to looking the way they want too... not starvation, or deprivation I will state you are correct though, you need to insure you have proper nutrition for not just proper loss, but also maintenance thereafter - it's a lifestyle change, not a quick fix
LaurenMarie... That's what I've been working, 3-10:30. This week starting 1130-8 does kind of help not eat because I can only eat what I bring lol YAY compliments!! Always helpful!*
