Well the good thing was my son had a great birthday. The bad is that we may have to cancel his bday party on Sat because the city that its in is in a flood evacuation. It breaks my heart. The town we moved from 4 yrs ago (my guy still works there) is basically covered in water. You can fish in the streets bc the river went over that much. It's so horrible. I'm lucky we left.
As for dieting, I def used a cheat day. I knew I would, so I did. No exercising either and TOM finally showed up after over a week of torturing me. Ah.

I ate horribly all weekend . Between the stress from the flood (my guy gets to go back to work to clean tomorrow-augh), TOM, and my son's sick (he had to leave his own birthday party early ) then all the family and te food and, yeah. It was bad. No binging, but I didn't eat well at all. So many empty calories and fat grams ahhh.Nor did I exercise in like 3 days. I def plan to get OP tomorrow, heavy protein, light carbs. I'm just really disappointed in myself. And I didn't weigh myself. I forgot, or rather, subconsciously cringed. So I will have a ? for the first weigh in I suppose.

I am feeling a bit more positivity coming back today... still having medical flairs, yet managed to get in 2 sessions on elliptical yesterday and was so proud of myself. I will now continue to push, having renewed confidence in myself.

Hey girls! I'm reporting myself in with 163, meaning I've dropped 2 pounds
And as for my other goal of healthy food I did ricotta cheese gnocchi, which are a great protein source if you like your pasta with veggie sauces (gnocchi are like pasta, if anyone doesn't know yet). It's SO simple to make them: you just mix 2 eggs, 2 1/4 cups ricotta cheese and 3/4 cup flour. Then you stir it until it gets thick enough to form little gnocchi. You cook it in boiling water for about 5 minutes - they will swim on the surface when they're done

I have been trying to run a mile about 3/4 days a week. Im hoping to drop some pounds and my legs are looking more fab everyday.

Hey girlies! I have been doing very well with my diet & exercise. I've lost 11 lbs! I guess since I'm working out more and eating A LOT healthier that I will lose weight quicker since I just started. I usually jog/walk for about 30mins to and hour. It's fairly easy but I still sweat a lot. I now weigh 281 lbs.

thats exactly how beginners should jog! It is great to combine intervals of walking and jogging in order to see progress within the intervals and, by this, to make running enjoyable - it shouldn't be too easy yet not too exhausting. way to go girls!!!

Weighed in a little less today, now 200.4Lbs... with all that has been going healthwise, I will take it! It is starting to straighten up for me again too... so in just a few days I should be in full action again.
Hey ladies! I went to the gym today and weighed myseld and im down 3 more pounds!. woot!
I also had to go to a "fitness" doctors so to speak today for my insurance at work. Its basically they give you a health assessment and depending on where you fall you are able to get discounts off your premium (and im all about saving money somewhere). I went in and she weighed me and did my body fat, which Ive never done before. Right now my body fat is at 25% which is should be between 15-20% so right now im ok with that. Then I had to ride a bike while she took my blood pressure and pulse. I did really well for my first time and I was able to get 10% off my premium! She wanted me to lose 10 pounds by january but Ill crush that!
