Seriously, I can't even read the words Krispy Kreme without my mouth watering. I miss those suckers.

I don't know what's up but I have a complete lack of energy today. I just feel really lethargic and would love to go crawl back in bed, but unfortunately my daughter is out of school today so I can't just do that. I'm going to completely bum out of exercise today, hopefully I feel better tomorrow and it doesn't rain so I can do my C25K.

I don't even have the energy to sit here and do personals, but I'm reading along and keeping up with everyone. I hope you all have a great day.

Kim - I hope you get your strength & energy back. Hopefully after taking it easy today you'll feel better tomorrow.

Christine - Great job on your pants fitting better! I hope you have a very pleasant surprise when you do weigh. I just hope that I can stay in this frame of mind with my weight loss effort. Now that I'm seeing results in my body, I am very motivated to keep going. You all are so motivating to me. I just want to see all of us succeed

Emme - great job on 3 days of no caffine.

Ha! I'm so glad I checked in here and read this because I am dead tired and the pop in my fridge at work was looking pretty darn good, lol! I think I am going to treat myself to a Starbucks frappuccino tomorrow afternoon, so today will be my last "no caffeine" day for the week. It sure felt good not to have to rely on the pop to stay awake for the last few hours of work, though.

Kim ~ Hope your energy comes back soon!

Emme - I hope you enjoy your frap today! I started up the Oct thread. I hope I have the same success in Oct as I did in Sept.

WOW April - You did an awesome job working out 30 days!!! What a great accomplishment. Your numbers on the scale reflect all your hard work too. Keep up the great work

I am so happy to have 30 OP days under my belt. There were only 2 days that I didn't consider OP as I went overboard with granola bars I am going for 31 days in Oct. I'm still holding on to 211 Hopefully by next Fri, I'll see 209

Have a great day everyone.

Here is the link to October's thread.

Thanks ladies. I woke up feeling better today. Not 100%, but better. September seemed to fly by! No complaints from me, I'm so ready for my husband to be home. Just 28 more days. =)

I think it seems like over all we all had a great September. Hope that continues into the new month. Now I'm going to go over to the new thread and list my October goals!

Just got caught up on the thread, and now I want a just-out-the-oven Krispy Kreme donut! So yummy!

Anyway, can't believe it's been a whole month of the OP challenge! I've totally gotten better about exercising, though I will admit to you that I have not started the C25K yet! Totally daunted by rainy days and flashbacks of hurting my knee... I need to GET OVER IT. Ugh.

Anyways, going over to the new thread. See y'all there!

Thanks for starting the new thread, GettinFit!

Not sure if I am going to get the frap today...I might have a pumpkin martini tonight (or a white russian) and they are both about the same amount of calories as a frap, so I am going to see how I am doing during the afternoon...if I need some caffeine I might run out and get the frap, but I might like to snuggle in tonight with a nice drink later tonight...so, we'll see!

I stocked up on some organic food yesterday, and it is all very interesting! I got some cheesy sticks (like cheetos), nut/almond/rice crisps (didn't like these, but my husband did), freeze dried raspberries, pineapple and banana, baked dried snap peas (not so sure about these yet), caramel kettle corn (tasty, and I get a lot for only 150 calories), and some organic candy bars that I am going to try throughout the week. It's fun experimenting! I saw some soy pudding and rice whip, but didn't have the guts to try it just yet.

Have a great Friday everyone!

I'm finishing out the month strong - I'll do a final WI tomorrow but I should be around 14 lbs for the month.

Thanks for this challenge and look forward to seeing everyone on the October thread!

Great job everyone. GettinFit, you are a natural motivator! Thanks for all the support you've given to everyone.

Way to go all! Great job in Sept.

Personally, I managed to back away from the scale a bit (yay) and I reached the 170s (barely, but I did it...lol). I ended the challenge weighing 179.8, dressed, with shoes. As we start October, today I am at 179, dressed, with shoes, but that is on my home scale which is either the same as the at-work scale or .2 less. Since I'm not at work this week however, I'll just have to trust it. Continued success to all.
