Thumbs up September Exercise Challenge

Let's fall into exercise going into autumn in September. The monthly exercise challenge thread begins with stating our goals for the month, and then continues with exercise logs as the month progresses.

State your exercise goals for the month of September here. They will be added to our goal list. When your goal is met, it gets turned RED in celebration! Track your progress all month long with a supportive and encouraging group to cheer you.

Our sister thread, September Weight Loss Challenge, is available for non-exercise weight loss goals. Join one or both threads and let's get moving!

I'm in! My goals for September will be 100 miles (walked, biked or a combo) and 20 days of exercise.

I'm traveling at present and so won't get started with tracking for the month until I'm home, but I plan to be back in the gym on Sept 5.

Lose 20% of body weight (224 lbs) - MET 5/10/11
ONDERLAND - MET 7/13/11
Lose 100 pounds (180) - MET 10/5/11
No longer obese (177) - MET 10/19/11
Target BMI for IVF (160) - MET 12/8/11
GOAL: No longer overweight (147) - MET 3/8/12 Goal story and photos
Going for a little more (135) - MET 5/12/12

I'd love to join! My goal for this month is 900 minutes of exercise which consists mainly of walking/running.

1- Rest
2- 55 min 55/900
