and just jump right in. You are soooo close. I know you will make it soon. My sister has bad knees and she's able to use a stationary bike. Are you counting calories? That might help. There are quite a few free sites where you can track your calories. I am following the Weight Watchers plan.
I'm ready for another great week. My total loss last week was 3.4 pounds. I'm hoping for at least 2 this week.
