Ack.. I was wrong - didn't add the sauce in there haha .. so it was actually 467 cals for the eggplant parm, which really isn't too shabby for a satisfying meal!! Guess what's for lunch today?!?

My diet went completely down the tubes yesterday. First, the lovely chicken that I made for my salad was too hot to put in the fridge right away, so I left it out to cool, and the kittens kept trying to get to it, so I put it on top the fridge. Guess where it was when I got up the next morning? Yeah, right where I left it. 5 chicken breasts ruined. Then I couldn't eat all my breakfast...5 egg whites is about 3 too many. Could only choke down about 1/2 the meal, then felt queasy afterwards. Then work went to pieces...this is our busy week when we close all the books for the month(I'm an accountant) and the power was off when I arrived, and didn't come back on for over 2 hours. So that put us behind to start with, plus one of the accountant was on a business trip, and then everything decided to go sideways. It was a disaster! I ended up going home and having croutons and sherbert for dinner because I was too tired to cook. And I had to miss Zumba because I worked late. Oh well, better luck today (hopefully!)

Well, I at least won't have to deal with work, but my Dad is in the Philippines visiting his fiancee', and the lady who is staying with the kids while he is gone will be spending the weekend with her husband, so I'll have all 7 kids to take care of. Not exactly the most restful of weekends, but if I really get fed up I'll just lock them in the room with the wii and go hide in my bedroom, lol.

OMG.. so I'm stoked that college football is starting and my team (VA Tech) is playing tomorrow at 1230 ... I'm already getting plans together to go to the gym and then go to a sports bar (sounds awful huh? I know.. but I'm pretty darn excited!!) ... so I need to go into that situation knowing what I can have. Going to try to get calorie info from the menu and know exactly what I can drink Guess I know where my calories are going tomorrow!

Anybody else into football? ... Well I guess I should say American Football haha

Agree with slimmer! Plan all your food out now and if theres 7 kids im sure you can get some exercise in! Get them running around and chase em haha

Funny you mention it slimmer, tonights the first night im going out to eat since my restart and i looked up the menu online haha i wish all states made them put the calories on (i know VT does this) Its so much easier. Youll do fine just stick to what you picked!!

I watch Pro not college Giants BABY!!!! (even though they suck as of late )

OMG, you're a NYG fan?!?!?

Me too!

I just got the Giants T-shirt from Old Navy. My jersey's way too big, but I don't want a new one til I'm done losing weight. They're expensive!

I did good! Had blackened ahi tuna, broccoli, and wild rice.. it ws only like 450 calories!! Woo! Had 2 beers too.. now we've decided to go to the movies tonight, then out to see a friend's band play... ack that's going to be rough. I DID work out for 90 mins today tho! Did 30 mins of core/stretching/back, 30 mins of elliptical, and 30 mins of strength training (weights).. so at least I have that going for me! Tomorrow morning I weigh in.. I think I need to change my weigh in day... hmm

Just edited my weight in the weigh in thread to reflect my ZERO weight loss this week, ugh. I was very diligent all week too, logging every bite, exercising hard. It is TOM right now, so perhaps that is the issue, but I have a feeling that is wishful thinking. I wish my body didn't like 185 so well. I have been stuck here or around here for a couple months and it is maddening. I won't feel comfortable until I am out of the 180s, like the magnet of 185 will pull me back unless I am far, far away.

Slimmer down now, I use MFP on my iphone too, but when I need to look up calories for a restaurant, I just google it. If you use MFP, you can friend me, my username is still Jomatho on there too.

Oh my, I hope TOM does effect one's weight, or I be going crazy right about now... The last 2-3 days, that all my weight was doing, up and down... I try to drink extra water to hurry up and 'flush' it out wishful thinking as well?
