I can't imagine that I could possibly lose that amount of weight in that time period but I'm down for the effort. I would like to find a group of people who are intensely focused on staying on plan.

So...just curious, what's 150 days from today?

I doubt that is a healthy way of losing weight. Why the tight timeline?
