Back from OH, the kids were troopers and did as well as could be expected. The weather here is beautiful, all my windows are open and I can feel fall in the air - yay! I just signed Connor up for swim lessons, and confirmed Darcy's first day at daycare - my gosh where is the time going, my kids are growing up!

Mindy - Seriously the 180s are a pain, we're both going to see the 170s in September!

Mavis - glad you saw the water weight drop off, take it easy you're still recovering!

Hope everyone has a wonderful day!

There will be noting any where near that strenuous today. That was a poor idea.

Morning ladies! Another beautiful day here Nothing new to report, the water weight from all our travels dropped off and I weighed in at 179.2 this morning (yay), I'm really hoping not to see the 180s again! Roasting a chicken for dinner tonight and hopefully going to get some stuff done around the house, we'll see how motivated I'm feeling. Hope everyone has a great day!

WOW!! Finally made it to the 170's...179.2. YAY!!!! I have been here before but hope to keep up the progress and eventually get to the 160's. It is a long, slow road for me.

Did 4 miles last night..ran about 2.8 of them. Just need to keep doing it and sticking with my diet plan. We have tweaked it a bit and it may be working.

Mindy - yay for the 170s!!!! I've definitely found that cutting back on the carbs helps me a lot, as much as I love me carbs I'd rather be thin!

Yet another beautiful day, I'm loving this weather! Trying to get some paperwork done today, hopefully Darcy will let me, she's been a bit fussy and not napping much during the day. Weight was 178.2 this morning (woot!), just gotta keep it going I'd be over the moon if I was near my pre-preg weight (164) before I go back to work on 10/11. Hope everyone has a great day!

Rainy in upstate NY too! Boys go back to college this weekend. Then, I will have nothing but time.

Hope all are well! More dedication to follow next week, right now, irritated that I can't do more and getting my guys ready to go

Morning ladies! Wow an earthquake and a hurricane all in one week, rare for SE Pennsylvania that's for sure! Went out and bought a few supplies, figured since I'm responsible for 3 kiddos I should probably have the basics on hand just in case. My biggest fear is that we're in a borough with tons of mature (I'm talking huge) trees, we already had a bad storm a few weeks ago and two or three came down on houses. 179.8 this morning, stupid TOM...hopefully it'll drop off once it's over. Hope everyone has a great day - anyone else in for some hurricane fun this weekend?

OK, kids are back at college. Hubby is out working because of the storm and it's just me and the dogs.

W 100
E going to do some laundry and such today, maybe a walk on the dreadmill if the power stays on
E POP
D Focus on the little things. Aiming for the 120's before the kids come home at Christmas. They will be home for a day here and there before that, but for the most part, can really worry just about me and hubby til then.

So after seeing 179 several days now, I shoot up to 182 today WTH??? If only I could figure this body out. All I can figure is that I don't workout on the weekends and my body rebels. Do I seriously have to work out every stinking day of my life??

Weather is quiet and peaceful here in MI. It is actually very fall like. Made for a great day working in the yard yesterday.

Default Good Morning!

Happy Monday ladies!

Okay, I'm back. 14 days no smoking, but plentty of eating. I am up to 207 this morning! TOM in full force but 7lbs in 2 weeks is a ridiculous gain. So weeding I will go. These are my goals for the WHOLE WEEK!

W- 8 8oz a day. No less
E- Walk the dog. Every day.
E- Write down what I put in my mouth.
D- I am doing it. (my mantra for the moment)

I don't have time this AM to catch up on everyone but will be back tonight. I do have to tell Emiloots that Darcy is ADORABLE! You do good work sister!

Off to work. Everyone have a great day!
