Good morning! Just checking in quick...
I did 40 min walk/run yesterday AM and 20 min walk in the PM.
My eating has been more calories then it should be but healthy foods. I even roasted asparagus for the 1st time
My goal for today is to get a workout in and be more careful with how much I'm consuming.
