Peaches- once i worked super hard to lose weight, 3 weeks of steady dieting, walking 3 miles a day on treadmill and gained weight...I feel your frustration! I read that exercise can make you gain weight...not sure how but apparently its true. Also, you may not have shed water weight from TTOM yet. Maybe theres something in your eating plan that needs adjustment?? Just stick with it! Think of what would happen if you stopped...you can do it!
