I'm nervous to set a goal of 15 lbs because it's been slow the past few weeks, but here goes nothing! Good luck ladies.

Wow Josey, This is actually perfect for me because I had in my head already that I wanted to reach my 165 goal by my Birthday Oct. 13th!
So....
Timeline- Oct. 9th
Goal- 165lbs.

I know this is very aggressive of me as it is 11 weeks away so I'm looking to average 1.5lbs a week. I like to shoot high though and will be happy with the effort.
Start-181.9

7/31-179.8

8/7-177.0
8/14-175.0
8/21 - 173.7
8/28 - 171.4

9/4 - 171.4
9/11 - 173.4
9/18 - 171.2
9/25 - 170.0

10/2 - 169.3
10/9 - 168.2
10/13 My 29th Birthday!

Ok... I'm going to get my butt moving.. gotta get over this lazy mindset! Thanksgiving is 11 weeks away, we'll say 1 pound a week, plus the 2 pounds I should have lost already on my own personal challenge equals 13 pounds.

Timeline: Oct 9 (Sunday is my weigh in day)
Goal: 140 lbs

Please kick my butt.

This is my first challenge. It looks like most are doing weight challenges, that makes the most sense probably. I'm being extremely aggressive with my weight though, let's see how aggressive I really am!

For Oct. 10 I'd like to be at my previous low weight of 224lbs. My current weight: 261lbs.

My all time high was 324lbs, then I lost 100 and got down to 224lbs. But then I gained 56 and skyrocketed to 280lbs.

Thanks for the kicks Josey! I actually went for a run last night

The beginning of my run was great, I was able to run for the longest time yet without stopping (I usually do 10 running/1 walking). And I was thinking to myself "This is great! I feel great!". And then my left IT band flaired up again and I had to walk the last 1 1/2 km. Cr@p!!!!!! The pain was horrible. I've been taking anti-imflamitories like crazy but it will likely be 4-5days before I can even attempt running again.

Good Morning Everyone!

I decided to go back and edit my first post for my weekly weigh ins instead of adding it into the conversational posts. I am down 2lbs this week. A good kick off to the challenge I think!

Envelope- We should call this the x9 Birthday Challenge

I'll join all of you in this challenge. I lose about 1 pound per week.
I can't do any running this year because of my knee injury, but I do other exercizes instead.
I weigh myself on Mondays.
I hope to lose 22 pounds by the end of December!
By October 10 I hope to be down 10 pounds.

Best of luck to everyone!
