Congratulations Armida. You are doing great!
I just lost one more pound last week.
I have been working outdoors a lot. And all day today I was cleaning out my shed.
So I got a lot of exercize in.
I'm not done yet. I'll be working all day tomorrow on it also. In the hot sun.
Aerobics:
a series of strenuous exercises which help convert fats, sugars, and starch
into aches, pains and cramps.

Envelope, it's best not to diet when you are sick. Rest, stay hydrated and eat well.
I lost another pound last week. I didn't think I would, but I did anyway.
THE BEST THINGS IN LIFE ARE CHOCOLATE.
