Evenin' Troops!

K3- Way to go on kicking all that butt-er to the curb!

Evelope- Awesome job on the new PR! Have a good long run.

km0ss- Definitely, if you feel up to a fun challenge-check out the You're Going to Sweat website. They don't lie! You are going to fall down, roll over and SWEAT! It's all in good fun of course!

Great job with the early-bird weight loss!

Josey-30 day Shred is great! She'll make you work, but you'll love it!

Myself, I had a big day and I am ready to kick back for a few.
11 miles this morning. Though, thankfully the rain broke the heat advisories yesterday so it was decent out this morning.
Good run, I can still feel it in my legs. LOL
Then I spent the rest of the day doing this, that and the next thing at school. I have an awesome door this year if I do say so myself. haha. Okay maybe it's not the most awesome door in the world but I like it.

I posted the question on Fitocracy too... How do I log The Shred? I did the first workout (level 1) today and actually like it! I like her attitude. A bit bad *** combined with supportive. Works for me! Felt great without being too long or impossible.
Do I do that everyday or how does that 30 day part go? 10 days each level?
