Yes - But i just started really focusing in the last week ish - so it's just that initial "omg you're not feeding me crap im going to drop some weight/water" loss

Not going to weight myself for a few days.. I always put on weight at TOM (temporarily) so just going to wait untill its over lol!
Good morning everyone. I don't have any losses to report, but I have been working out every day this week and have been eating quite reasonably. Hopefully next week I can show some losses .
I'm going to a birthday party this weekend and I've already told my boyfriend to make sure I don't have any cake/ice cream. I'm still nervous though. Does anyone have any tips for surviving a day surrounded by bad-for-you food?

Just checking in. Glad to see that everyone is doing so well! I am refusing to even set foot on the scale til Monday. That would be one week from my last weigh in and from there I will decided whether to do the daily weigh in again or not.

Hey, everyone! Sorry about my absence; I was on a brief trip visiting my boyfriend. : ) Anyway, I put on a bit of the weight I lost, but it's almost all come right back off, so I'm not too fussed. Everyone here is doing so great! And Mysticalcrayon is in ONEderland! Keep it up, everyone!
Well, weigh in day was today. Spent a week without getting on the scale and really, really hoped to see a difference. I did, but it was the wrong way. I mean really? 8 days OP, no cheating, plenty of water, + started running and I gained?! I hate the scale.
