Nights are definitely the worst for me. I don't know what type of plan you're following, but for me, I count calories. So, I try to save most of my calories for about after 8. I'm a HUGE night owl during the summer and I stay up until around 1 or 2 in the morning, so having those calories saved up definitely helps.
hey ladies! i posted a new thread for week 6! The table still isnt working on my computer. Im trying to fix it. but that thread is this weeks postings. I'm sorry things feel like they're a little out of wack because i was gone on vacation for a week, and i'm sorry! But everything will be back on track from here until September 20th!
