caramelkitty - Actually, it's better if you lose at a more moderate rate. Your skin will suffer less, and it's easier for your body to maintain every pound that goes away. I've done a crazy crash diet or two, and the weight always comes back, fast
I had my own bout with an eating disorder, and it's not fun. Be strong girl!!! Listen to your body, but most of all, do what's more healthy in the long run. Thanx for sharing, and keep on rockin' it, you're doing great!!!
