This is the first time I've ever started a thread on here! I'm oddly nervous about it.
I just ordered Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred from Amazon and plan to do it June 1 - June 30. Who's with me?
So I guess... introduce yourself now if your interested and come June 1st we'll post our starting and goal weight and check in every 5 days. If I'm feeling fancy I'll make a spread sheet... when I figure out how.

I am on day 5- and today was the first day I did all of level 1. I felt I needed to start low, being at 222 pounds. I still can't do it all without a break my goodness! But, I wanted to say you will love the 30 day shred. And the first 3 days you will be in so much pain but if you push through, the pain just kinda goes away.
If I am still on level 1 on June 1st I will definitely come join in! Who knows, it may take me the next 15 days to do 1 without breaks haha!
I am in! I bought it a few years ago, did it once and never did it again. Getting started with someone else will be exactly the motivation I need! June 1 it is!
Yes, I plan to start on June 1st and do it every day in June (!) (Remember, you said we totally got this!)
My plan is to update my weight, waist measurement, thigh circumference and biceps every 5 days. This will be so much fun and will in no way cause me to die.
Can I join in too? I've already started the Shred, so would be starting level 2 on June 1st, but on the other hand I'll be out of town for a week, which'll mean you'll all catch up to me while I'm gone.
DoubtingJulia ~ I see you've tried BodyPump!! It is my favorite Les Mills class...I haven't done it in forever because I quit the gym that offered it, but I truly, truly loved that class...it kicked my butt every time and I was sweating in places I didn't know I could sweat (like the insides of my elbows would drip sweat). Loved it!
I was reading through this post b/c I did the 30 day shred a year ago. It's definitely an awesome workout!
I just ordered bunch of Jillian's DVDs from Amazon today, but it may take some time before I can get my hands on them. In the mean time, I have level 1 downloaded from exercise TV and I did it today. Had to take couple of longer breaks to complete the workout, but I really really wanted to finish it!
